    Wow! This place has everything! More importantly THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING!! I had the pleasure of dealing with two lovely ladies. They were Delane and Cassie (with a heart to dot the 'i'). I have been in the customer service business for a few decades and these girls are what good customer service is all about. Their attitudes were upbeat and they made sure to acknowledge me and other customers the second we walked in. I watched them interact with others while I was browsing. They also said great things about the store they worked in which was refreshing. This might seem minor but in reality, it isnt! I hope their employers see their worth to the company and remember this review when evaluation time comes around.
    Thank you ladies. It was a pleasure.

    I had the italian sub, very dry, I ordered yellow peppers and was charged for them, but mica didn't add them to the sandwich, the bread was also not fresh, very disapointed, they use to be one of my favorites years ago.

    Whenever I've gotten gas at this Shell, they never have any paper for the receipts at the pump. Plus it's super expensive being right off the freeway in the stix. Also, it's not a bad idea to carry a knife on you because of all the shady characters that hang around this joint. It's like the Mos Eisley of gas stations.

    Went to big al's for a sandwich
    The lady was on lunch.
    Really. So i left and bought  nothing...
    Not impressed
    Poor customer service
    Won't  go back
